What is your photographic Style?
My preferred style is a mixture of informally posed pictures combined with a selection of classic formal group photography. I am happy to discuss any specific requirements you may have for group shots. The photography starts with the bridal preparations and continues withh all the main events of the day. I'll also aim to photograph the details, such as drinks, the invitations, the flowers and the dress. Capturing these completes the story and after all, a lot of time and money is spent on these things.
Do you shoot colour or black and white?
We shoot in colour, however using the latest digital imaging technology you can choose any image to be in colour, black & white, sepia or even black & white with colour isolation.
Do you have back up equipment?
Yes. You never know when something might fail at an important moment.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have personal indemnity insurance. You should always ask prospective photographers if they are insured.
Do you check the venue beforehand?
Wherever possible, I will check out the venue before the wedding so that I can work out a plan for the best location for the photography. Nothing is left to chance.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Good weather is something you just can't control. If the weather does take a turn for the worse we'll find indoor locations to take photographs either at the wedding or reception.
How long do you stay at the wedding?
As long as required. I book just one wedding per day to give you my full attention.
How do I book?
Bookings are operated on a first come first served basis, with a non refundable booking fee of £200.00 securing your date.
After the wedding, what happens next?
Once the images have been checked and sorted, you will be presented with a proof CD that is yours to keep. We will provide you with order forms so you can choose the photographs for your wedding album and any other reprints that you require, take as long as you wish.
Can the images be altered or adjusted?
We are happy to make minor alterations to an image that is going into your album. This can include changing to Black and White, soft fucus effects and minor blemish removal. More extensive work may incur a small additional charge.
